Avoid Prolonged Bending of Limbs: It is strictly prohibited to keep the doll in bent positions for an extended period, including sitting or any pose not intended by the manufacturer. For non-standing models, standing is also prohibited. For custom features, please contact customer service for personalized orders, with a customization time of 1-2 days.
Restrictions on Leg and Arm Positions: Avoid positioning the legs at a 180-degree angle and raising both hands upwards. For non-standing models, standing may lead to the foot skeleton protruding through the skin. After use, promptly return the doll to its suitable resting position. (Due to the unique characteristics of the product mold, manual measurement of the doll's height requires stretching the toes; please follow our store's measurement method. Manual measurement error is around 1-3 cm.)
Color Staining Precautions: Due to the special nature of the material, it is susceptible to staining. Avoid wearing dark-colored clothes. Minor staining can be treated with a stain remover, but extensive staining is challenging to completely eliminate.
Makeup Removal and Cleaning: Use cotton swabs and makeup remover for gentle removal. Avoid using tap water to clean the genital area and refrain from extensive washing of the face. If facial stains are present, use appropriate cleaning methods.
Avoid Sharp Objects and Flames: Prohibit contact with sharp objects to prevent cuts. Do not expose the doll to flames, and keep it away from heat sources, as the material is flammable.
Material Compatibility Testing: Before use, conduct material compatibility tests on the product. Refrain from using strong and irritating liquids such as disinfectants and alcohol for cleaning. Individuals with allergies should exercise caution.
Storage and Eye Adjustment: Avoid storing the doll in an upright position. If the eyes appear uneven, manually adjust the eye sockets (push in for a smaller appearance, pull out for a larger appearance). When purchasing wigs separately, it is advisable to choose wigs with a white inner net.
